In order to be creative, it requires three steps: idealization, visualization and materialization. (Haanel)
Thoughts and words, combined with imagination, can conceive something. Everything we can see, touch, feel and that appears in the material world at one time was “simply” a thought. With the aid of language , the idea or thought is given clarity by visualization, in such detail that it can be produced or manifested. Look around. Everything you see was once a thought in someone’s mind. All of creation was once a thought in the Creator’s mind, and the Word created all that we see. Thus the same creative process continues in our lives today. By it’s nature, thought precedes and determines action, which then yields results.
This same process occurs in the invisible or spiritual world. Thought, action, result. Be, do, have. Adults would tell us, in a simple way: “Think before you act. Think before you speak.”
“Imagination is a good servant but a poor master.” (Haanel) Paul Myers said: “What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” He echoed the thinkers who proceeded himself. “As a man thinketh, so shall he be.”
This week we focused on Kindness. To observe, to do, to be kind. The more we gave, the more we received. My family participated, and it was a joy to hear of all the acts of kindness that were happening in so many places. This MKE course is life changing, starting with self discovery and self development. “The room for improvement is the biggest room in the world.”
